About the event
Learning Endeavors is proud to present Champions of Coastal Resilience (CCR) on Moloka’i. This place-based STEM Watershed learning experience is designed for after-school enrichment for grades 4-6. CCR is a virtual, seven-week action curriculum, facilitated by a Moloka’i-based instructor beginning on Monday January 25, 2021, taking place from 2:30-4:30 Mondays & Tuesdays. Registration is now open. This is a FREE opportunity offered by Learning Endeavors in partnership with the Moloka’i 21st Century Community Learning Centers. Funding was provided by a NOAA + NAAEE STEM Watershed Partnership Grant.
Students begin each session by checking in with the CCR Instructor. Check-in can occur between 2:30 - 3:15 daily to accommodate varying school schedules. After checking in with the instructor, students progress through lessons independently with the CCR Instructor available virtually to provide assistance.
