Citizen Science Hawai'i seeks to engage educators and students in citizen science and stewardship activities by integrating place-based learning and innovative technology both inside and outside of the classroom.

Citizen Science Hawai’i is an initiative of Learning Endeavors, initially funded by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Bay Watershed Education
and Training (B-WET) Grant Program in 2016.
